  2. Budget Request Form

    Organizations may request funding from QCA. In order to be considered for funding, organizations must be registered with the Queens College Association.

  3. Budget Resubmit Form

    Clubs/organizations are required to resubmit their budget requests based on the Budget Committee's recommended allocation. These requests must be completed by the NEW officers of the club/organization.

  4. Club Election Form

    Every student organization must hold elections for officers between March 1 and May 1 of each year.

  5. Club Election Update Form

    Update your student organization officers.
