Organizations may request funding from QCA. In order to be considered for funding, organizations must be registered with the Queens College Association.

Clubs/organizations are required to resubmit their budget requests based on the Budget Committee's recommended allocation. These requests must be completed by the NEW officers of the club/organization.

Every student organization must hold elections for officers between March 1 and May 1 of each year.
