David Konecky, a recruiter from YAI Network will be presenting along with a YAI Psychologist to discuss their experience working directly with the consumers with disabilities.  The presenters will also discuss behavior plans that are implemented with consumers.

The mission of the YAI Network is to create hope and opportunity for people with developmental and learning disabilities and their families.

Brian Picariello, Recruiter for the IRS, and fellow staff members will be speaking about career opportunities with this federal organization.

Four critical occupations in the IRS will be disucussed: Internal Revenue Officers, which only requires a Bachelor’s degree in any major, so anyone can apply for this position, Internal Revenue Agents, these are our Auditors, therefore, a degree in Accounting is required, Criminal Investigator (Special Agent), all that is required is 15 Accounting credits, and the Tax Compliance Officer position which anyone with a Bachelor’s degree can apply for but if you have 6 credits in Accounting you do not have to take an Accounting exam.
